Shaquille Carter (“Defendant”) appeals from final judgment entered upon a jury’s verdict convicting him of involuntary manslaughter and possession of a firearm by a felon. On appeal, Defendant argues the trial court failed to intervene ex mero motu during the prosecutor’s closing argument.
