Motion to Dismiss Appeal.
The defendant has appealed from an order refusing him bail up[97]*97on an indictment for murder. In criminal cases appeal lies only from judgment finally disposing of the case. State v. Hart, 48 La. Ann. 1008, 20 South. 186.
Appeal dismissed.
