TYSON, Judge.

This cause is affirmed in part and reversed and remanded in part to the Circuit Court of Houston County, Alabama on authority of Alabama Supreme Court No. 85-594, 502 So.2d 808, November 21, 1986, rehearing overruled, January 9, 1987.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED AND REMANDED IN PART.
