State v. Cabe

Supreme Court of Florida·Decided July 21, 1983·No. No. 61703·Published·Cited by 1 cases

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We initially granted the petition for review in this case, believing that the decision below, Cabe v. State, 408 So.2d 694 (Fla. 1st DCA 1982), created a conflict among the district courts of appeal. Upon further consideration we find there is no conflict and therefore vacate our order accepting jurisdiction. We now order that review is denied.

It is so ordered.

ALDERMAN, C.J., and ADKINS, BOYD, OVERTON, MCDONALD, EHRLICH and SHAW, JJ., concur.
