IT IS ORDERED that certification is granted, limited solely to consideration of the aggravated assault sentence; and it is further

ORDERED that the matter is summarily remanded to the trial court to correct the judgment of conviction by merging Count 2 (aggravated assault) into Count 1 (robbery).

Jurisdiction is not retained.
