PER CURIAM: Roger Dale Burke appeals his convictions and sentences to life imprisonment for murder, thirty years for burglary, twenty years for attempted arson, and five years for possession of a weapon. His counsel contends the trial court erred in allowing a written statement to be entered when the signed statement contained summary of their conversation. After a thorough review of the record and counsels brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967) and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss[1] Burkes appeal and grant counsels motion to be relieved.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
