We deny the state’s petition for Certiorari on the authority of State v. Hernandez, 633 So.2d 24 (Fla. 5th DCA 1994), rev. granted, 643 So.2d 1084 (Fla.1994), but certify to the supreme court the same question certified in Hernandez.

WRIT DENIED.
