Opinion

LEMMON, J.,

concurs. The error in allowing the district attorney to cross-examine relator about a prior conviction denied by him, without first establishing authenticity of conviction out of the presence of the jury, is harmless beyond a reasonable doubt in this case because of defendant’s admission to five other convictions.

CALOGERO, J., would grant the writ.
