In re: Anthony Blanchard applying for writ of habeas corpus.

The trial court is ordered to hold a bail bond hearing to. determine the proper [645]*645amount of bail on a basis other than the showing made in the Court’s return.

HAMLIN, J., is of the opinion that, on the showing made, the application should be denied.
