Opinion

In re Below, Marilyn P.; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory, remedial, and review; Parish of Natchitoches, 10th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 88-1349; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW88-0990.

Denied. With the case in its pre-trial stages, we find no clear abuse of discretion in the challenged rulings by the district court. Relator’s right is reserved to reurge admissibility of videotape in light of actual developments at trial.
