In re George Allen, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Parish of Orleans. No. 271-794.
Granted. The ruling of the trial judge is reversed. The case is remanded to the district court to establish the truth of the allegations. If the statement of facts in the application is found to be correct, the trial judge is directed to commit relator pursuant to C.Cr.P. 648.
