MISCELLANEOUS ORDER
On appellant's memorandum in support of jurisdiction. The memorandum fails to comply with S.Ct.Prac.R. 3.09(B)(3). Sua sponte, the document is stricken. Appellant shall file an amended memorandum in support of jurisdiction that complies with all provisions of the Supreme Court within 15 days. Appellee may file a memorandum in response to jurisdiction within 30 days of the date of filing of appellant's amended memorandum in support of jurisdiction.
