JONES, Justice.

Petition of The Advertiser Co., a Corp., for certiorari to the Court of Civil Appeals to review and revise the judgment and decision of that court in State of Alabama v. The Advertiser Co., a Corp., Ala.Civ.App., 337 So.2d 942, which was granted on May 4, 1976, and argued and submitted on June 14, 1976, is quashed as being improvidently granted.

WRIT QUASHED.
