WRIT GRANTED. The district court' s ruling granting the
defendant' s " motion to amend" is reversed. The transcript of
the plea proceedings does not reflect the defendant' s guilty district pursuant to La. Code plea was accepted by the court
Crim. P. art. 893 nor that the district court held the minutes
open until the conclusion of the defendant' s probation pursuant to La. Code Crim. P. art. 881. 1( A)( 1). See State v. Flynn,
