MURDOCK, Judge.

The motion to dismiss filed by Brook-wood Health Services, Inc., d/b/a Brook-wood Medical Center, is granted. The appeals are hereby dismissed as moot, on the authority of Auburn Medical Center, Inc. v. East Alabama Health Care Authority, [Ms. 2010786, September 26, 2003] — So.2d -(Ala.Civ.App.2003).

APPEALS DISMISSED.
