Opinion

LEMMON, Judge.

This suit was consolidated for trial with that of Dorothy L. Landry and Roland Landry, as administrator of the community of acquets and gains existing between himself and Dorothy L. Landry v. Harold J. Adam, Garland R. Hilton, State Farm Insurance Company and General Motors Corporation, bearing docket No. 5014 in this court, 282 So.2d 590, decided this day.

For the reasons assigned in that case, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
