State Farm Insurance Co. v. Ondis

924 So. 2d 920, 2006 Fla. App. LEXIS 4299, 2006 WL 757814
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided March 27, 2006·No. No. 1D06-0232·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of February 1, 2006, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is not final because the. claims for “other covered losses,” which remain pending in the lower tribunal at this time, appear to be related to the claim resolved by the order on appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
