State ex rel. Wright v. State

218 So. 3d 98, 2017 WL 1649906, 2017 La. LEXIS 919
Supreme Court of Louisiana·Decided May 1, 2017·No. No. 16-KH-0030·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM:.

1 denied. The application was not timely filed in the district court, and relator fails to carry his burden to show that an exception applies. La.C.Cr.P. art. 930.8; State ex rel. Glover v. State, 93-2330 (La. 9/5/95), 660 So.2d 1189.

Moreover, relator has previously exhausted his right to state collateral review. See State ex rel. Wright v. State, 15-2328 (La. 3/24/16), 188 So.3d 1019.
