In re Wiklund, Michael; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Tangipahoa, 21st Judicial District Court, Div. “C”, No. 50681; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW97 0556.
Writ granted in part; case remanded to the district court. The court is directed to hold a contradictory hearing with the arresting agency and, if appropriate, enter an order of expungement of arrests. See R.S. 44:9(B); 44:9(C); R.S. 44:9(E); State v. Sa-voie, 92-1586 (La. 5/23/94), 637 So.2d 408.
