Opinion

In re: Eugene Wiggins, applying for writ of mandamus.

Writ denied: On the allegations made, the trial court correctly denied the relief sought. The applicant’s attorney has already received a transcript for purposes of appellate review, see our docket No. 57,951 (337 So.2d 1172), affirming the conviction, and no showing is made of its need for any other purpose.
