Opinion
In re West, Linwood; applying for supervisory writs; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 4-80-270.
Denied. Relator should attack his 1972 Federal conviction in the convicting court (U.S. District Court for Middle District of LA) as a prerequisite to an attack on his multiple offender sentence. See Becnel v. Blackburn, 410 So.2d 1015 (La.1982); and State v. Linkletter, 345 So.2d 452 (La.1977).
