In re: Herman J. Wallace applying for writ of habeas corpus.
Writ denied. Based on a prior evidentia-ry hearing, the trial court found no merit to the petitioner’s allegations. We find no error in the trial court’s conclusions. See also transcribed evidence in State ex rel. Thompson v. Henderson, 306 So.2d 713 (La. 1976).
