In re: Robert C. Wagner, applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Writ denied. Based on the trial Court’s reasons for ruling, we find the record supports a conclusion that the 1965 plea was knowing and intelligent, the result of a plea bargain obtained by the accused’s counsel.

BARHAM, J. is of the opinion that an evidentiary hearing should be ordered.
