In re Toliver, Clarence Jr.; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “B”, No. 322244.

Denied. The record shows that relator appeared before a magistrate on August 20,1987, the date of his arrest for attempted armed robbery, and that a bond was set on that charge. The state then filed its bill of information charging relator with attempted armed robbery on September 18, 1987. Relator’s other complaints are referred to the merits at trial.
