Writ denied in Suit No. 236-604 and 252-256 on the Docket of Division B as moot, relator having been furnished with transcripts in said cases.
Writ in Suit No. 240-750 on the Docket of Division I is denied as no relief may be granted. The District Court advises that the transcript is unavailable.
