Per Curiam.

An examination of the evidence contained in the transcript of the record of rehearing before the Industrial Commission fails to disclose ab abuse of discretion on the part of the commission in ordering the claim paid.

A writ of mandamus is denied on authority of Copperweld Steel Co. v. Industrial Commission, 142 Ohio St., 439, 52 N. E. (2d), 735.

Writ denied.

Weygandt, C. J., Middleton, Matthias, Hart, Zimmerman and Stewart, JJ., concur.
