This matter having been opened on the State's motion for leave to appeal an interlocutory order of the Superior Court, Appellate Division (AM-0459-17); and the State having since filed an application seeking to withdraw its pending motion for leave to appeal, and Defendant having interposed no objection to the dismissal of the State's motion; it is
ORDERED that the State's motion for leave to appeal is dismissed.
