Denied. In No. 87-KH-1869, this Court referred to the merits of the appeal the motion to supplement the record with voice recordings and shorthand notes. That motion will not be considered at this time. Defense counsel has agreed to provide relator with a copy of the August 4, 1988, transcript which he seeks.
