In re Robert D. Stokes, applying for writ of habeas corpus. Parish of Beauregard. No. C-661 — 79.

Writ granted. Remanded for an eviden-tiary hearing on whether there was an intelligent waiver of counsel at time guilty plea was entered January 13, 1961. See Kitchens v. Smith, 401 U.S. 847, 91 S.Ct. 1089, 28 L.Ed.2d 519 (1971) and Hall v. Henderson, 318 So.2d 12 (La.1975).
