In re Jewel Spotville applying for writ of mandamus. Parish of Orleans.

Writ granted. The trial judge is ordered to comply with decree of this Court, State v. Spotville, La., 308 So.2d 763, by setting aside previous sentence and sentencing defendant as previously ordered. It is further ordered that the trial judge act on any other pending applications by defendant.
