The bill of complaint is dismissed and the injunction is dissolved upon the authority of Dakota Cent. Telephone Co. et al. v. State of South Dakota, 250 U.S. 163, 39 Sup. Ct. 507,63 L.Ed. 910. The decree of the circuit court in holding that the bill was without equity and in dissolving the injunction is affirmed.
