Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The Writ of Habeas Corpus issued in this cause is quashed and the relator John L. Savoie is remanded to the custody of the respondent, on authority of State ex rel. Davis v. Hardie, 1933, 108 Fla. 133, 146 So. 97 and State ex rel. Miller v. Kelley, Fla.1956, 88 So.2d 118.
