PER CURIAM.

Petition of Alberto San Pedro for Writ of Habeas Corpus is granted. The trial court is directed to set bond as to all pending charges unless by July 21, 1986, the state files a motion, pursuant to sections 907.-041(4)(b) and 903.046, Florida Statutes (1985), supported by adequate proof, justifying pretrial detention.
