In re Rushing, David; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs and stay of execution; Parish of St. Tammany, 22nd Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, No. 109-263.

Granted. The district court’s order of September 8, 1987 fixing applicant’s execution date for November 17,1987, is vacated and set aside. The case is remanded to the district court, which is ordered to set a new execution date in a manner consistent with La.R.S. 15:567(C).
