Granted for the sole purpose of transferring the writ to the district court with instructions to the district judge to act on relator’s motion to vacate sentence filed on January 2, 2002, as represented by the inmate’s request for legal/indigent mail receipt. The district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its judgment.
