Opinion

In re Lee Robinson, applying for Writs of Habeas Corpus, Certiorari, Prohibition, and Mandamus, Parish of Orleans, No. 245-088.

Denied. A transcript of sentencing is apparently no longer available. In the absence of a contemporaneous record disclosing remarks to the contrary, we accept the trial court’s explanation that it was aware of its alternatives at the time it sentenced relator.
