In re Rideaux, Joseph D. Sr.; applying for remedial writ; Parish of Lafayette, 15th Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, Nos. 37798, 36887.

Granted and remanded. The district court is to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the issue of whether the 1973 guilty plea in 36026 and the 1975 guilty plea to attempted aggravated rape were voluntar-ny and intelligently entered by relator. State v. Warren, 402 So.2d 662 (La.1981).

LEMMON, J., would deny the writ.
