In re Esther Penns; Plaintiff; applying for motion to enforce this Court’s Order dated June 13, 1997; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Division “E”, No. 270-578.

Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. Penns v. State, 97-1383 (La.6/13/97), 695 So.2d 975, within thirty days. The district court is further ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance.
