Opinion

In re: Eldridge E. Payton, applying for writ of Mandamus.

Writ denied. There is no merit to applicant’s petition. An applicant for habeas corpus may not obtain a full transcript to comb the record for errors. Applicant has not alleged a colorable need for the transcript.

DIXON, J., concurs in the denial; applicant should specify the reasons which make a transcript necessary.
