In re: Thomas C. Mitchell applying for writs of certiorari and habeas corpus.

The change of evidentiary rule, subsequent to the affirmance of the conviction does not entitle this applicant to post conviction relief. See Larue v. Cook, 336 So.2d 871 (La.1976).
