PER CURIAM:

Denied. With the enactment of Acts 2017, No. 280, § 3, relator's eligibility for parole consideration is no longer dependent upon a commutation of his life sentence to a fixed term of years, but is *558instead governed by the criteria set forth in La.R.S. 15:574.4.
