Opinion

In re: State of Louisiana through William J. Guste, Jr., Attorney General applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition.

Not considered. The original 15 day delay for filing writ applications expired without the application being filed. The extension granted on October 2, 1974, is therefore ineffective and application for writ is not timely. See Wischer v. Madison Realty Co., 242 La. 334, 136 So.2d 62 (1961).
