Opinion
In re: Henry Martin applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Certiorari.
Writ denied. Based on evidentiary hearing of November 25, 1974, as ordered by 302 So.2d 304 (La.1974), we agree with the trial court’s conclusion that the applicant did not bear his burden of proving ineffectiveness of trial counsel. Cf. King v. Beto, 429 F.2d 221 (C.A. 5, 1970).
