Opinion

In re Loyd, Alvin Scott; applying for supervisory writ, writ of habeas corpus and stay order; Parish of St. John the Baptist, 40th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 69-81.

Granted. The execution of sentence is stayed pending further proceedings of this court. An evidentiary hearing is ordered on relator’s claim of ineffective assistance of counsel and upon any other issues raised by his application and the affidavits filed in support thereof. The case is remanded for this purpose.
