In re Lowenfield, Leslie; applying for stay of execution; Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court, Div. “N”, No. 82-3478.

Stay of execution granted. Writ granted and the case is remanded to the trial court to reset the execution date in accordance with La.R.S. 15:567(C). Otherwise, the application is denied.

DIXON, C.J., concurs. The new execution date must be fixed at least thirty days from the order fixing the new date.
