Writ refused. We have examined the record of appeal (See, State v. Lott, 263 La. 941, 269 So.2d 822 (1972) and find no basis for the allegation of ineffective assistance of counsel alleged. See also evidentiary hearing in our Docket No. 52,225 and ruling of U.S. District Court for Western District of La. (Civil Action # 17,880.)
