Opinion
The appellant has been available for extradition for more than thirty days since the denial of his petition for habeas corpus became final. Therefore, he is entitled to discharge upon the authority of Hill v. Roberts, 359 So.2d 911 (Fla. 2d DCA 1978).
REVERSED.
