Writ denied. The petitioner’s allegations do not entitle him to post-conviction relief. See La.C.Cr.P. arts. 551, 555. See also Dell v. State of Louisiana, 468 F.2d 324 (CA 5, 1972), citing Garland v. Washington, 232 U.S. 642, 34 S.Ct. 456, 58 L.Ed. 772 (1914).
