Opinion

In re: Earl T. Lane applying for writ of habeas corpus.

Writ refused. Since the trial judge has reported that no habeas corpus petition by relator has been received by his court and that relator’s appeal is now pending, this application is denied.

DIXON, J., concurs in the denial; applicant must again file his application in the district court.
