Opinion

FOLEY, J.

The circuit court terminated the parental rights of appellant to four of her children and she appeals.

The four children were born in 1959, 1963, 1965 and 1967. During 1967 and early 1968 these four children were taken into the temporary custody of the Jackson County Welfare Department and placed in foster homes.

Appellant is the mother of six additional children, having had issue with each of three men. She was married to two of the men, but her last three children, she testified, were by Jack Davis, with whom she commenced to live after the children were placed in foster homes. She did not obtain a divorce from her last husband, Paul Wilson, with whom she last lived in 1964, because she testified she had not had the money to file for divorce.
